Heritage and Tether deposit dispute

Heritage has been running their new weekly promo to make a deposit with various alt-coins and you get a $25 NBA free bet. I had no problem depositing with Litecoin and Ethereum (except for losing it all). But when I made a $100 deposit for Tether yesterday Heritage is saying it’s not showing up.

I checked
the transaction and it’s showing complete or am I reading it wrong? Blockchain

Looks complete to me. Heritage is not the smartest...

Ugh, BMR reached out and Heritage replied to me:

This address has transacted 0 times on the Ethereum blockchain. It has received a total of 0.00 ETH $0.00 and has sent a total of 0.00 ETH $0.00 The current value of this address is 0.00 ETH $0.00. But Coinbase is showing it’s completed. Heritage message and chat doesn’t allow attachment not screenshots. Ugh! This is so frustrating.

Can you post the transaction hash and the address you sent the tether to? I know they are in that image but I wanna be able to copy them so I can look at the blockchain myself.

Thanks for inquiring. Heritage finally placed the funds into my account later in the afternoon yesterday. And thanks to Lou @BMR dispute for helping out the matter.

I would avoid using Tether w/ Heritage as I don't think they know what's happening. I had quick success with Litcoin and Ethereum but not Tether.

Heritage is not the smartest...

Customer service is among the worst and rudest in the industry. They always try to lay the blame on you for whatever issue arises when oftentimes they are at fault.

Been this way for years, but now it’s even worse with all their software problems etc

I wished I could but unfortunately Bovada and Heritage have the best and biggest selection for soccer. Only one close to them is Betanysports but only for live wager. But AS limited me to $50.
