As I was walking into the gym this morning a guy walked out sweating and breathing heavy, and immediately lit up a camel and took a huge drag... a total William Hurt from Body Heat move. I hate smoking, but that was badass imo.

In other news, it was another successful back session without tweaking my herniated disk.

Take whatever motivation you want from those things... hope all the gym rats kill it at they gym this week. (y)(y)(y)

Ugh. Good luck with the pain.

Are you going to classes or doing yoga your own?

I don't want to be all up in your stuff, but Reclining Big Toe pose was recommended to me by PT (I use a bathrobe sash for a strap) . It has really helped keep my hamstrings loose and pressure off my disc. If you're desperate it might be worth a shot. GL

Thank you i appreciate it! I do yoga on my own. I follow a girl on YouTube and use her daily classes

I’ve never heard of this so I’m definitely going to try this. Usually i hang from a doorway and try to decompress my back that way but doesn’t always work. Thank you 🥲

Guy probably knows exactly what he is doing you want to either have your body be as tight and strong as possible or as loose, fast, and free as possible.

That’s a great workout for knee & lower back pain, I need to try this. The creator of knees over toes recommends this type of workout.
yes. I've been a proponent of "retro-walking" in the PT world and sled work via louie simmons for years

but the Ben Patrick guy is bringing it all way more mainstream these days, which is great. It's much needed
