I have to give mad props to their customer service. Friendly and very supportive. Not combative like some of them out there. I had a ticket graded incorrectly a couple of days ago on a prop in the NBA playoffs. When I brought it to their attention it was fixed in 10 minutes. They even apologized. I think Bookmaker hands down has the best customer service out there right now. Plus they’re available 24/7.
