Yea - that was my thought yesterday.

Started the day with a nice little gift of 1k from BOL for finally making the next loyalty tier - so took a chance and doubled it on morning soccer.

Pressed my luck with Buckeyes and did well - thought it was going to be a fun Black Friday shopping spree for me this year - then the wife pops in. BIL called asked if we could loan some money to buy niece her first car - they found one and need $$.

Of course the wife says of course and don’t worry about paying us back - we gave the niece our old car so it’s only fair we buy this one a car too. For a glorious 45 seconds I had cash in my pocket - now I’m down like $1800 on the weekend. FML
