Hello ,
I have a problem with a bookmaker . I have ordered withdrawal of 4100 eur on 16 june 2013 at goalwin.com and still I haven't received it. The support claimed that they have some technical problems and beacause of the "summer holidays" there are some delays but still I haven't received my transer (just template answers to my e-mails) till now and now they are not answering my e-mails. It seems that the sportsbook review sites won't help I wrote to everybody icluding BMR and LGA Malta - still no answer I don't what to do. Any suggestions?

From the sportsbook. No they don't ask for further documentation.Just make excuses claiming technical problems and "SUMMER HOLIDAYS" and promises to speed up the withdrawal.This continues for 3 MONTHS. I have send them may be 25 e-mails, got only same templated answers. I've made a withdrawal maybe a couple of weeks before this one for 1000 eur. It got delayed but only for a wwek or two I'm not sure, but I received it... I don't know what to do....

What do you mean no answer from BMR? Did we not reply to your complaint asking you to post it here on the forum since this has proved to be the most effective way to solve player issues?

No, it is not normal to wait three months. I am sorry that we can't give you a timeframe. All our withdrawals are delayed at the moment and it is due to the technichal issues that we had during the summer. This is unfortunately all the information we have. Hopefully your withdrawal will be processed shortly.

We'll contact Goalwin tomorrow to ask what their problems are, but realistically it doesn't look good.

This is typical of Maltese bookmakers: they continue to accept deposits while claiming problems with payouts and the LGA does nothing.

I have a similar issue. Withdrawals pending from 28th Sept onwards. They did process one withdrawal, but since then nothing. Initially got some emails saying there were delays but now get very few responses and they refuse to give a commitment about when they will pay

does anybody know how long the malta lga typically take to reply / deal with complaints? they haven't got back to me yet. and goalwin are no longer even sending me their template emails when I contact them...
