In LA county you pay about 2.00 in taxes before cost of gas even starts factoring into the price. Taxes are supposed to go up approximately .50 per year for the next few years. Total joke.

Recently took a road trip to Zona.

Gas was close to half the price in Zona than some spots in the desert on the way.

In califoirnia we were paying about 5.35 to 6.00 and then flagstaff had 3.55.

Gas prices in California have to do with variance and emissions control. Only people that understand variance can clearly understand why and what is happening with the prices in the golden state.
