How long does it take you to to go over games?

Each game? I skim the card at first and find games with teams i've watched and know, key matchups or lines that look off from my thinking at first, then I'll narrow it down to those that I really like and dig into the games selected. I'll spend 2-3 minutes on those games as i go over stats and recent performance and if something stands out i'll spend a few more minutes and determine if I'm going bigger on it (ie i have a bigger edge from the books line, usually 5 points+, such as Tarleton State I had -9, books put up -3).

Not a big fan of chalk and high spreads but this Air force team is really bad and they got beat at home to this team in Jan by 28. According to the efficiency ratings esp on Offense, there's a 23 point spread between these two. Should be blowout in the late game

Ha, no it comes from my last name common Lewis, No encylopedic knowledge here, although friends have said that but it's more of years of following the game and being good with stats (have somewhat of a photographic memory for stats but its waning in my 40's). Used to do Rotisserie leagues (the pre-cursor to today's Fantasy leagues) with Pops as a kid in his office pool, all made of ACC players in the late 1980's and 90's, and beat the adults a few years, then started gambling on games in 1998 and applied knowledge of stats and analysis I picked up doing this and in grad school to my gambling habits.

Don't want to speak for Lew. But I don't think this is insane.

A guy who knows his market is always targeting a 55% portfolio. As for specifics, maybe Lew can speak to it.

In particular, this is amazing for Coll Bask. Books now line every Div 1 school, so ~ 340 teams.
