It was only 43 shots but 86 if you count the free throws. It's crazy he got to the line 43 times that is nuts in itself. I'm happy for Bam he was one of my favorites at Kentucky but Kobe's feat was more impressive because he didn't get to the line that much in his 81 point game.

I actually looked it up since I didn't watch the game but it took 3 hours. No basketball game should last longer than 2 and a half hours tops. Even though 83 points is amazing I would hate watching a game where a guy went to the line that much. It takes away from the rhythm and flow of the game not to mention it would take forever.
