For anyone taking care of older people make sure they are hydrated. Mix Gatorade or OJ 1/3 of either to 2/3 of plain water.

They make a product called liquid IV that also has some B and C vitamins in it. It is just a powdered stick you poor into water it says 1 per 16oz of water but just do 1 per 32oz.

I had COVID-19 late last year. For me it was just a horrible cough. I did a few days in the hospital then felt better.

Damn, sorry to hear KR. Hopefully that is what your body needed. i know a flu bug here kicked everyone's ass like that. Not fun. Took about a month.

she said she's doing good! she has a cough and fatigue, but the first couple days she had a fever. getting anxious though cause my dad's voice sounds a bit sick, just praying it's not covid. just sharing, but my dad has stage 4 cancer all over his body from agent orange...has it a bit under control but he still battles with pain, etc. doctors said he can't get the vaccine or catch covid cause it wont be good ive been such an anxious bean since she got sick but im trying to not over think things.
