I stopped at the Yard House tonight and had vodka chicken pasta. It was really good except I wasn't too crazy for the fried basil they put on top. Maybe I wasn't supposed to eat it? It might have just been there for garnish

Basil is fantastic. Suprised you don't like it. We grow 2 basil plants each year in our "herb" farm so that we have it fresh.

I like basil but I think fried it kind of threw off the flavor. Supposed to be just like a garnish. I think they were trying too hard with it
