One good thing I inherited from my dad - our hatred of crust on a pizza. To me, pizza is all about the toppings & sauce, crust is nothing more than the “glue” that holds it together. Don’t like Chicago or Detroit style for that very reason, it’s just too much bread. I remember every time we went out for pizza, my dad saying to the waiter/waitress…..

“And, hey, hey, hey, THIIIIIIN CRUST! THIIIIIN!” - and he would make a sign with his finger & thumb almost closed…..

R.I.P., Dad…..
