Genie, I have a possum in my backyard. I think he lives under the shed.

I've already trapped 7 or 8 over the years (live trap) and released them out in the country. Nasty animals. Stink, s#it everywhere, and dig holes all over the place. I catch one and "deport" it and a new one shows up. I think the neighbors leave cat food outside so they make themselves at home. WTH?

Might start making possum pie out of those SOBs and leaving some out by the shed for their friends to realize, this ain't a good place to be.

Would you like a possum hat for X-mas?

Possum hat looks cute, Tank, but I think I will pass. Thank you haha

Pero, that's some serious problem with a possum you have there, Tank. Have you tried to talk to your neighbor about it?

Although the neighbor complains about the holes under the fence created by the opossum, he won't stop feeding their outdoor cat overnight.

I'll just have to use the live trap again. The only bad part about catching these critters is that I use stale marshmallows as bait. They love that stuff but, I think all the sugar also gives them the squirts so there's usually crap all over the trap. When I transport them in my truck bed, they usually piss/crap all over again.

The other problem is there is a skunk somewhere in the area. If I accidentally trap him, I'll have to suit up to get it "deported".

Pain in the a$$.

Oh wow, Tank.. sounds like a lot of work. They are sensitive to light, right? How about setting up a motion sensor for outdoor lights? a light that will really go through their faces haha

I guess one good thing out here - there’s bigger $#!T running around that would eat that $#!T. First thing I noticed when we moved up here, there’s no stray cats, dogs, anything running around. All of my neighbors that own dogs keep them inside…..

We do have some coyotes but they usually don't wander in to the suburbs too far.

Man fukk those skunks. My dogs got sprayed by one last year in the backyard. That funk lingered on the dogs and inside the house for weeks. It’s almost impossible to get rid of that fukking smell.
