Experience with TipBet

Hi,

I want an advice how to proceed with TipBet. I have some strange experience with them. I received a promotional e-mail, then on live chat I was offered a sport bonus, I took it, wagerer the rollover...but my withdrawal is postponed. Tipbet require every time new documents- I have already sent them 3 proovs of address-signed and stamped bank statement, utility bill for electricity, and a bill for Internet. They answer everytime the same with requirement "Utility bill" and treat me like an idiot.



I also sent them two different pictures of Id.
I have 1300 euros there
.Now how can I defend my rights. Do you have experience with international trials- to which court should I send my complaint.

I will be very thankful if you help me and share an advice.

Tipbet claim that they are licensed and registered with the Maltese gaming authority. They list a registration number.I would contact the Maltese gaming authority first. Any international legal dispute conducted through the courts would cost far more than 1300 euros.

I've seen a few reports of people frustrated with Tipbet's account investigation process before. They seem to be difficult to deal with when they are suspicious of you.

You will find a link to the side of the forum where you can submit a complaint and BMR can try to help.

And as Quincunx suggested, complaining to the MGA is another option. Malta Gaming Authority

Apologies,Brad,I should have said that as well..I only suggested the MGA because Tipbet seemed to be totally ignoring the documents offered.
