I never recieved my winnings for coming in 3rd place And they are giving me the usual run around like they always do. The poker software and everything I love but the customer service is below F- minus and they constantly dodge questions and copy paste quoted scripted little lines and it’s annoying. They are absolutely notorious for doing that so I don’t understand how they got an A+ anything. Literally they will be holding promotions and then act like they don’t even know what you’re talking about and them games are done. So what I was asking them is why didn’t I get paid after of a tournament and I sent them a screenshot but it is blurry but it doesn’t matter I told him what time it was literally, there’s no mistaking it there’s only one kind of that tournament and I came in third place with my poker player named Pokerg79!! So I was supposed to get $75 cash and $109 ticket. They said they had to create a case which I don’t understand wasn’t I supposed to be paid immediately or does it take a certain amount of hours to get paid like what’s going on. And if you see me being on the defensive here that’s because there’s always an issue here always. I don’t get this issue or have this problem anywhere else literally on any other poker site just here. I’m sorry Ashley to be fair usually when I call In it’s pretty good it’s the livechat and they are completely lazy on the livechat even their own people who answered the phone said that. I’m trying to figure out why I didn’t get my winnings and were you supposed to receive them after the tournament or does it take like a certain amount of hours? I’ve had a BOL/SP Forever I mean in a long time I need some answers here. And here are some of the chats that I deal with and others deal with on a daily basis.

Yeah maybe make you happy when you get paid but I came in third place and I didn’t get a thing and I’m still waiting on $75 cash and $109 ticket and was aggravating about it is I constantly have this issue here, it’s beyond annoying trust me. And they said they had to make a case and when I sent them the screenshot the screenshot is blurry, but that’s no exception you know what tournament it is because there’s only one tournament freeroll for $1000 that they are running at 8 PM, And constantly avoid the question like they always do I can never get a straight up answer here ever literally. They’re beyond An F- when it comes to the livechat. And if it looks like I’m on the defensive mode that’s because I am because I always deal with an issue here it’s unbelievable. They’re always trying to stiff somebody. I didn’t know if you got paid instantly or maybe it takes like 48 hours or something but literally I was on the live chat for like 50 minutes for them to come back tell me that they had to create a case and somebody will get back with me, like WTF!! Typical Betonline making people wait forever and then coming back with that excuse is unacceptable. They’re often very lazy whenever I call in the teams usually pretty good when I call in but I’ve had to report some of their livechat reps and told them that they are being lazy and it’s sad when you call in And they agree with me and say you’re not the only person that had these issues with livechat. I said all this time in this tournament can I get some answers please, thank you?
