I don't know. I wish BMR would publicly address the issue. It's not accurate at all.
Other than that, BMR is awesome

The overhauled BMR Reviews have Everygame identified as best for niche sports fans. You can see exactly how they score for each bettor type. It is not a perfect science but many things are considered as detailed on the review.

Bovada meanwhile is considered best for mobile bettors.

Bookmaker and BetOnline are best for professional bettors and bonus players. The issue we see a lot is a sharp player or "wise guy" [I recognize the term can be loosely applied], has a vastly different experience than a majority of players. So, the experiences you've had, while they may have been frustrating or could have been handled better, are not representative of the feedback we've collected over the years.

One further point of clarification, letter ratings are no longer used. The "Trust score" is the same for all four, but their ratings differ on several other categories. Read the reviews to see what aligns with your betting style and tell us what you think we've got wrong. It will only make the reviews better.

I agree here with the ratings 100%, like it has been said everyone needs are different in what books or book he use.what might what for one needs maybe not be in the ballpark for the other.it the same way with my line service i need a service where i can see all the lines around the world on a given day, where another person maybe just bet the states games

There are just too many complaints about everygame and bovada for them to be rated a 10 the same way bol and bookmaker are. Bottom line is, does the place pay?
bol and bookmaker always pay and very promptly.
bovada does not always pay, and everygame pays after you go through kyc hell.

I mean it's hard for ANY book to beat those two, but their cash sign up bonus is better than either BOL or BM. Verification process is a bit nuts but they did pay out unlike a few other books people complain about consistently. I don't use my mortgage payment to gamble so it's no big difference to me if i get paid in 1 hour or 1 week, so long as I get it. People out there are owed money by their employers that come up with even more creative excuses than these books, it's the new norm i guess.

bovada is free rolling players. Well documented history of this. They know exactly what they are doing, and they deserve to go out of business.
