No way to really quantify that but reality is both guys definitely are not innocent

MLB isn’t handing out the longest active player suspension ever for “rough consensual sex”.

A lot of facts obviously bottled up and not reviewable for the public, but the punishment alone pretty much confirms Bauer isn’t exactly an angel here

There are no “definites” but odds of it being simply rough consensual sex is extremely low. Plenty of evidence suggests it’s more than that, doesn’t mean criminal charges are going to go forward

If I lost a year of my career for that I would be suing the MLB aggressively. That’s what any innocent person would do

the evidence doesnt matter. they are only interested in public perception. just like the nfl only suspended ray rice for 2 games initially until the video became public and then they suspended him indefinitely just because of public outrage. how about kobe? he was accused of much worse, also choked her, and was caught lying with dna evidence. i dont think he was even suspended.

bauer was also embarrassing them by calling out the cheating by pitchers and his twitter shit posting. you are just assuming there is evidence because he got suspended. plenty of innocent ppl go to jail from accusations with no evidence.
