Really not fair to Kerry Collins. Look at what he did for that team his 1st 2 years with absolute no name garbage at rb/wr. He had a good career and his team played better than they really were. Their defense was stud though in Carolina. Reminds me a lot of the late 80s/ early 90 Eagle teams. Stud defense with Randal but no real rb (Byars great pass catching FB) and no WR(Chris Carter was young and substance issues). Had a good TE in Keith Jackson. Really surprising Buddy could never win a playoff game. The "fog bowl" really fvcked them. Would have liked to see that 49ers/Eagles game. Bears ere nothing by than

Why should he get another shot when healthy? I saw him playing healthy and he is the future at QB for Carolina. Let someone fail with him. He may not be backup material now. Defenses just bat down his passes now.
