Most of the places I play at or used to play at have switched to live chat or email only for customer service purposes. MyBookie has live customer service agents in various departments that are always very willing to help me with any questions. I was having trouble navigating something on the website recently and that was a quick fix thanks to their customer service. Also had a very minor wagering issue come up but it was fixed within minutes thanks to a simple phone call. Other sites have taken hours or days because of their lack of communication/customer service support.
