what reason they have to confiscated my money if they didn't ask me for any proof or something else been more than one year?
and this is the absurd that they never contacted me.
how can you be sure who right in this case if you never contacted them?
What should I do that you will check it with them by your way?

how did you manage to buy paysafecards from different countries the same day?

I bought the Paysafecard vouchers in the internet with my credit card (I have proof of this) and according paysafecard policy they are allow to use combine vouchers in the same transaction (except vouchers from Germany beginning from 2012).


Most absurd is that they never asked me about it, I could answer them about it 1 year ago but my complaint is about this that there is just one side on this communication and is my side, because if they claim that my account is under investigation then how could be investigation if they never ask even one question or some documents for my identity to provide them?
I have also betting accounts with other bookmakers like victor chandler and I know how work verification of betting account and when victor chandler want to verified my betting account then they ask me for send them copy of id and bank statement by email, but here in this case? nothing! just total ignore!
The only thing that I can understood from their progression is that they don't want to pay me the money that I won, if I was lose my bets then I do not believe that they was make any problem with my betting account.

if There is a problem with Paysafecard transactions then it's from the reason that paysafecard contacted them and complaint about my transactions, but when I called paysafecard support and told them about this case with doxxbet they didn't understand what I'm talking about and they don't know any case about what I told them and the money that I deposited he passed clean to doxxbet long time ago.
paysafecad support told me that when paysafecard are opening investigation about something then they are first contact the merchant-web shop (the bookmakers in this case) with a reference number.
Here there is no reference number when I ask doxxbet about the reference number from paysafecard they are hung up the phone and ignore my email, because not enough that they steal my winning they are also steal the money who I deposited because paysafecard never asked for any refund and this is sure.

I bought the vouchers from www.xmlgold.eu
this is a trusted web site and the vouchers that they are sold me was legitimately and the fact for this that is legitimately vouchers is that when I asked Paysafecard support about them then they told me that everything fine with my transactions and it's approved and that the money has been passed to to web shop.

if they refuse to provide any information if Paysafecard contacted them (and they didn't contacted them) then the only reason for the case is that they are fraud of bookmakers that refuse to pay my clean winning.
I do not see another reason why they are hung up the phone each time i call them, if they claim for something that I did wrong then why they not ask me a questions about it and just ignore me more than one year?

After few weeks of communication Doxxbet still refuse to share information.
They claim that my personal details are false and because it could be that the police (they say that exist police investigation) never succeed to contact me.
all my personal details was correct and I have no problem to send them by post official notarized paper from Notirion that will verify my passport+apostille signing and by this way they can't claim anymore that my details are false.
they just looking for win win situation to claim that this account no belong to noone and this is the easy way from their side to get ownership on my funds that will become to be doxxbet money.

some with experience here about bookmakers cases can offer me how should I act in this case?
Which kind of lawyer I need?
from which country should he come from? from slovakia where the bookie located? from malta where the operator of their licence located? or from other country?
What should be the specialization and the experience of the lawyer?
And where he should act? in slovakia? malta? by speak with LGA? court in malta/slovakia?

maybe someone here know and can offer me a lawyer that can take care about this complicated case?
Because I'm really don't know what to do.

No, I do not agree that the vouchers are stolen.
I buy from xmlgold.eu been 4 years around 500,000 EUR paysafecard and this is the first web site that decide to froze my money because ridiculous claims of "police investigation" that I never heard from it.
This PaySafeCard are not stolen!
I called PaySafeCard and they told me that everything is fine and no fraud here.
If was exist police investigation then the police was contact me because my personal details that I pass to Doxxbet are correct and if they think my details false then I have no problem to send them my identity by notary but they refuse to respond to this offer.
I paid for them the total amount and each voucher had 100% value (for example if I bought voucher of 100 EUR then I used 100 EUR in the web site).

I already contact the web site XMLGOLD and they told me that no way it's stolen, and the only fraud here is of the bookmaker that want to steal my money and look for win win situation.

How they claim that these paysafecard are stolen?
if it's really stolen then someone that he is the owner of the vouchers should complaint to paysafecard or to the police but the police never contact me more than one year and when I call paysafecard for ask about this case they always say me that they don't know what I'm talking about because there is no open case and the transactions that I made are fine and no fraud here.

You are welcome to believe what you want and that Doxxbet are liars, but please take your battle somewhere else as Bookmakers Review and me personally spent quite a lot of time on your case and as it turned out, Doxxbet may have a reason to think the Paysafecards you used were not legitimate.

if the transactions not legitimate then PaySafeCard should ask for cancel the transations, and it's not happened until now.
I bought from XMLGOLD many vouchers that I depoisted to many other betting site from israel and never was a problem and the betting site paid me the money.
Doxxbet looking for win win situation!
because They didn't sent back the money to PaySafeCard, they hold this money for their own wallet.

Vouchers are not stolen, if they was stolen then the bookmaker should refund the money, why they claim that they are stolen?

Doxxbet don't want to share with you information because they know I right, they are looking for win win situation.

It's can not be finish this case because all the vouchers from xmlgold are legitimate, I paid money for that why should I lose?
if there is something wrong then who should claim it is PaySafeCard or the police and noone of them know any open issue and because it doxxbet ignore me and you and I claim that they are fraud about their progression because who hold the money here is Doxxbet, noone else claim owner on the vouchers!

Doxxbet allow to customers from israel to use PaySafeCard in their web site for deposits and i made all the deposits with israeli IP without to change it and PaySafeCard approved this transactions, then what is the problem here?

PaySafeCard gave me confirmation by email that my transactions Approved and legitimate they how doxxbet can claim that not?

paysafecard approved my trnsactions and long time after this dispute has beginning I got email confirmation (according my request) from PaySafeCard support that it's legitimate transactions.

The target of doxxbet is to hide from you information that you will not success to resolve dispute and to make you think that the player is a scammer.

Noone claim the the voucher stolen!
No PaySafeCard that don't know about this case and no the police that never contacted me.
the proof is that doxxbet still holding the money and not refunded to PaySafeCard.

They are look for Win-Win situation that I will forgot from this case, and is will remain doxxbet money!
