If I was running WASH, I would let Rivera go and keep Bienemy. Bienemy already had a year with the team. If they had one more poor season, would be easier to let Bienemy go.

Now, you're on the hook. Chasing bad money. And this guy ain't the answer.

Will Quinn be running the defense? Doesn't matter, b/c the defense is bad. And that will be a black-mark against him.
