(Maybe 4 if Texas A&M wins conference)

Notre Dame, if they win

ACC champ

Big 12 champ

Boise State if they win their conference

That leaves possibly 1 team if SEC only gets 3

But could also argue not playing in the conference title is a better timed bye

Welp, whatever teams feel like they got screwed out of the playoffs would be advised not to threaten to sue the NCAA over the committee decisions.

Florida St. made that mistake last year, and look how this year went for them.

The punishment for dissent can be harsh.

I'd have loved Buff to win that game but looks like Seattle going to wrap it up in 2 weeks
