Firstly, I wish I had found this site before I signed up for Bwin!

Here's an overview of all the transactions (US dates), without transaction ids.

10/15/2013 6:49 AM Won bets +487.50 GBP
10/15/2013 6:49 AM Recovery of funds for Resettlement of bet (110.20) GBP

[I placed my balance of £183 on 6 bets, one of which won returning £487.50]

10/8/2013 10:45 AM Bet slip cancelled - stake returned +73.20 GBP
10/8/2013 10:45 AM Recovery of funds for Resettlement of bet (73.20) GBP
10/8/2013 10:45 AM Bet slip cancelled - winnings back posted (183.00) GBP
10/8/2013 10:45 AM Addition of funds for Resettlement of bet +183.00 GBP
10/7/2013 9:22 PM Won bets +183.00 GBP

[Placed my first bet of £40.00 (£20 deposit and £20 bonus, returning £183.00]

It appears to me, Bwin CANCELLED the bet in my betting history on 8th October 2013, the day after it was settled, BUT effectively credited the winnings and stake back to my balance. Then when I completed the rollover terms of the bonus bet and had a second winning bet BWin then deducted the winnings from the first winning bet from my balance.

FYI I have now successfully cashed out my entire balance, minus the winnings from 1st bet, and have screenshots of the betting history and transactions.

Is there anything I can do to retrieve the winnings from the cancelled bet?

Thanks.

Did they void all the 6 bets or only the 1 that won?

Bwin are in the Orange list with a rating of 2 for voiding winning bets in multiple occasions. They no longer collaborate with BMR over player disputes, but I seem to understand that some players have been successful in convincing them to reconsider their decision after pestering them with multiple emails.

Bwin "cancelled" (-thats what it says in bet history) the first winning bet, but then gave me back the winnings UNTIL I made a second winning bet and THEN they deducted the winnings from the first winning bet. Hope that makes sense?

Hadn't discovered BMR when I signedup and made these bets and I thought Bwin had a history of voiding in-play winning bets and not usually pre-match ones.

I will try the daily email complaint route and see if it helps at all. Thanks.

Let me see if I understand this correctly:

you placed a number of bets

one bet won and was settled correctly as a winner

a second bet won and they voided the first winning bet. What about the second winning bet?

Were the bets placed on different matches?
