Brewers Always Late with Starting Pitcher/Line-up posting

IMO Craig Counsell (Brewers - mgr) is playing BS games....

We are on game 12-13 for most teams and the Brewers have been slow in releasing their starting pitchers/line-up at least 4 times, more than any other team I've counted. I realize it is the "late" game today but WTH advantage does this give the Brewers?

I see an edge on the game tonight (Brewers/Padres) but have to sit tight waiting to see who will start for them. Every other team releases their lineup by ~2 PM ET at the latest (for late games) and being released that late is usually a rare occurrance.

It seems to be the same managers that do this from season to season. Counsell did it last year too.
Anyone else notice this with other teams? Is it becoming more prevalent?

I use MLB.com now because since 2021 all teams have to submit their lineups to the main office before posting them in the clubhouse. This is to avoid the info leaking out and bettors getting an edge. Because of this, I always assumed MLB.com would be the first one updated/official with info.

Rotowire is very good for lineup info and injury news. I use it all the time since I'm an avid fantasy guy but it can help you with sports betting as well.

Yeah I have them as a option already. Don Best is probably our best bet, but it’s not free. I wonder if @carolinakid would post the daily line MLB ups for us lol.

Yeah I don't think you can do much better than rotowire if you already use them. I don't know about Don Best since it's not free but more power to you if they're better than what you have now.

Agreed. I said earlier I use MLB.com for lineups.
Books that post the starting pitchers with odds for subsequent days can set you up for failure.
