I actually gave my wife all the log ins/passwords to the accounts including the coin base info just in case.
I did too. I even told my wife which buddy to talk to if I ever kicked the bucket to help her get the money out.
And Roland is right. I'm sure they do pretty well just getting the funds of people that have died.
If offshore gamblers look anything like the overweight, over 40 crowd at the superbook in Vegas I'd put that number at even higher than 3% annually.

I also have a plan to be executed by my brother, since he is more computer savvy and familiar with online gambling (used to be a poker player).

Offshore books are never going to do this because abandoned accounts = free profit for them. Regulated books most likely will never do this, but I'm sure that they have to follow all applicable laws for abandoned property. Companies don't get to just keep assets after you die.
