Add a play to bet slip at -110, click submit, site says price has moved to -132, I click cancel.

Check pending wagers and says bet was accepted at -121.

Total horse shit.

Site has been broken for over 4 years.

Totally unreliable and they don't even care.

Still shitty as ever.

Add a game to bet slip at a listed price, click submit, wager accepted at a different price.

One of the biggest books out there is too cheap to pay anyone to fix their broken site.

I just can't grasp how a huge place like this is so negligent with their product.

Same old bull shit.

Add a game to slip at -110, click submit, accepted at -119.

I'd be willing to bet that this is not addressed in the scheduled maintenance posted all over their crappy, broken site.

Most frustrating book out there. Sunday today so ghost odds everywhere because there are too many games for their server.

BMR, is there anyone from Bookmaker who can comment on these issues?
I can't for the life of me understand how it's in their interest to have such a broken site. The shrewd customers will stay, begrudgingly, because BM still offers high limits/good odds, but I would think lots of recreational gamblers will just go to another site.

Of course I did.

So many times it's ridiculous.

They just say the same old shit........"We'll look into it".

They won't, they have known about this for many years and don't give a shit.

It has been happening for at least 4 or 5 years now.

It has been happening ever since they switched their software, but when they first did you had the option to use the classic version.

It was slower but it was reliable.

They took that away a few years ago and now you're just screwed with the garbage site they have now.

They literally don't care.

More maintenance and their idiot techs still can't figure out how to prevent wagers, locked into the bet slip, from moving just as you submit the wager.

The whole point of having a bet slip is for your customer to lock in the wager they want at the price they want.

Having a line move after that, accepting it, with no warning that the line moved, is just sticking it up your customers ass.

It just baffles me how incompetent their tech crew is.

I have no faith this will ever be fixed.

It's weird but out of all the website I like bookmakers the most. Easy to view and they accept bets the fastest. The worst probably is bet105, hard to navigate and I think there is some delay per transaction.

But I do agree sometimes bookmaker graphics have stalelines. But hey not as bad as Bovada. You ever buy a line at even in the display graphics but have it at odds-110 in the bet acceptance section. Now I always double check the odds in Bovada.

Once you bet enough games, you'll find out their website is far from the best.

Imagine selecting a game -110, clicking submit and it says confirmed at -119 or -123 or -136.

No warning that the line moved.

Sound fair?

Their site has a glitch that they are completely unable or unwilling to fix.

They have known about it for 5 years and just can't or won't fix it.

Incomprehensible that one of the largest books in the world can't hire anyone to fix this.

Frank, do you use "only accept changes in my favor"?
I "Do not accept any line changes"

It doesn't matter.

There is no warning.

The line just jumps around constantly while locked, or in Bookmaker's case "unlocked, on the bet slip.

You are at the mercy of getting stuck with whatever the line moves to just as you are clicking submit, with no warning whatsoever.

Yeah I notice that sometimes, I sometimes worry when betting live they spam you a -8474 line. I have had it go against me a few times and a few times it went in my favor.

I notice line acceptance lag when there is a lot of action, and you kind of get queue up.

Try betting live during basketball not during a timeout. Those lines flys around. Probably 1 in 10 attempts get accepted.

I don't think you are understanding what I'm talking about.

Every bet goes through, moved or not, with no "line has changed" warning on the ones that move.

Put in a bet at -110 and it is accepted and pending at -129 because it moved at the exact time you click submit..........total bullshit.

Everyone knows lines move all the time.

A bet should never be submit and confirmed at a different line without a warning that the line has moved, and option to cancel at the new price.

Lines should not be bouncing while in the bet slip.

It's the whole purpose of adding something to the bet slip, to select a wager at a certain price.

They can't figure out a way to separate the list of games/lines that are auto-updating from the bet slip auto-updating.

Every other site has figured this out but Bookmaker cannot.

Oh it happens at BetCris too. What is even more annoying is the line change/bet acceptance happening almost simultaneously, but in reverse order. You think your bet was rejected because the line changed, but in fact it was accepted at the new line, but the bet acceptance notice has quickly been covered up by a simultaneous line change notice and you only come to find out if you refresh your open bets a couple times. The bet doesn't even alter your current balance without refreshing the page. I've had this happen a couple times now at BetCris.
