Bookmaker.eu REFUSING payouts

I signed up to Bookmaker.eu as I read they are reliable, trusted but this doesn't exactly seem to be the case. They took couple of my deposits, I placed hundreds and hundreds of wagers on big events, live stuff, hit some profit but when I went to withdraw (my account was verified with KYC) they rejected the withdrawal, removed withdrawal options and they tell me I have to place more wagers and different types of of them in order to withdraw. Are you fucking kidding me?

Hate to see this and I'm sorry to hear it. Is there a bonus you've activated that requires a certain rollover or something? Asking because that could potentially be what they're citing, and I've also only known them to be fair and reliable.

As a tip, you should look into low-hold bets as a way of "churning" through the wagering requirement they've set for you. Essentially, you place loss-less bets across two exchanges on the same game. Also through that method, you could transfer funds via betting across exchanges to a place where you are allowed to withdraw funds.

I have not taken any bonus whatsoever from them. Only fair plays, nothing dodgy whatsoever, I just won some money and they behave like this. Now they told me I can withdraw on 1 December. Still not fair, absolute scummy behavior. They didn't set my any wagering requirement, they just told me "You need to play more and then maybe we will let you withdraw" After I told them I will complain in betting forums about this scummy behavior, they told me I can withdraw after 30 November.

If you didn't take any bonus, you should have a 1x rollover requirement. Did you meet that requirement?

@Tanko also has a good point. Sometimes these days books sign players up with for a bonus by default.

-how much deposited, what method, when?
-all live bets? average bet size?

no idea why december 1st would matter unless you deposited with a card and they were afraid of a chargeback

I'm not sure what OP's issue with Bookmaker is being caused by, but I have withdrawn many thousands of dollars from BM and I've never had an issue. Top notch book.
