Hi everyone,

I'm writing this post to share my current experience with Bookmaker.eu and hopefully get some answers.

Account Details:

Disputed Amount: $7,858.73

Status: Account Locked After Video KYC/System Error

Background:

I've been a loyal user of Bookmaker.eu, primarily betting on NPB, MLB, and NBA games. My experience over the past year has been excellent, successfully withdrawing between 20,000 and 30,000 USDT, including one $10,000 withdrawal without any issues.

Current Issue:

Recently, I requested a withdrawal, which triggered a manual review and required a video KYC verification. I submitted the video verification exactly as instructed. The customer support team initially confirmed that my account would be processed after the video verification was completed.

However, since completing the KYC verification, my account has been locked. When I try to log in, the system displays a "system error," and I haven't received any specific information about when the verification process will complete. I'm posting this to document my experience and to see if other players have encountered similar delays after completing video KYC verification. I have always respected Bookmaker.eu, a top international betting company, and hope this issue can be resolved fairly and promptly.

Thanks to the BMR community for providing this platform.

I was going to ask about this, this weekend. Started to see more and more posts about this in Discord. People that have used BM for years with no issue, many deposits, many withdrawals beforehand. When certain things happen on their own, it can be attributed to streamlining, like what they did with slimming down the methods of Withdrawal but it's concerning to see what we are seeing in the entire un-regulated industry start to creep in with Bookmaker. Coincidence? I hope so but we certainly are betting on that as we continue with them and hoping for the best.

Exactly. That's what concerns me the most. I’ve been with Bookmaker for a long time and have moved over 30k USDT through the site without a single hiccup—even a $10,000 single withdrawal was seamless in the past.

To go from that level of trust to a total account lock and 'system error' after fully complying with a Video KYC is a huge red flag. Like you said, I hope it’s just a massive technical coincidence or a temporary bottleneck in their new KYC process, but for a brand that has been the 'gold standard' for so long, this silence is deafening.

That does concern me
I have around 20k in there with a 87k rollover
They better not try to fukk with me once the rollovers complete

Looks like you live in Taiwan and you put NPB as your most bet sports which is Japanese baseball.
Were you hammering NPB betting hard on live betting?
If you are having lots of profit from NPB and your IP address is from Asia they might suspect you of fast feeding the game and placing bets live.
I know some people actually do that making profit attending games in Korea or Japan live baseball games and bet live.

This is an interesting point of view. If being in Taiwan and profiting from NPB (National Professional Baseball League) games is considered "suspicious," then shouldn't the same logic apply to an American bettor consistently winning in NBA games? Geographic location doesn't equate to cheating, especially since I also bet on MLB and NBA games.

My advantage is entirely based on data and strategy. I'm not physically present; I analyze the games from my home in Taiwan.

More importantly, I've maintained a transparent transaction history with Bookmaker.eu. I've successfully withdrawn 20,000 to 30,000 USDT in the past, including a smooth withdrawal of $10,000.

After fully following the video KYC process, my account balance of $7,858.73 was frozen due to a "system error," which is utterly absurd. If my previous $30,000 betting method was legal, then this one should be legal as well.

First of all I am not accusing you of anything. If you made money from books im all for it.
However, the fact is that the un-regulated sportsbooks , they can't act faster on the market that is happening in NPB compared to NBA or MLB. There is a reason why the limit for those markets are significantly smaller than major sports in USA. The reason why experts tell you to bet on major sports when you are arb betting is because if you bet too much on minor markets it gets you flagged.
They probably think you have some kind of edge in NPB and getting profit from it. Just my opinion.

Yes, that's possible, but I don't only bet on NPB; I also bet on major markets like NBA and MLB. That's exactly where my disappointment lies. After fully complying with the Video KYC verification, there has been absolutely no response or update for at least two weeks now. For a bookmaker that consistently maintains an A+ rating here on BMR, this level of silence is simply unacceptable. I've always viewed them as a top-tier book, so I expect a much more professional resolution process.
