So BOL has started about two weeks ago a "VIP Road to March Madness" promo where if you bet at least $200 for each four weeks, then you get $250 free play. In addition, each week that you bet at least $200, then you get a mystery prize. First week was 50 free spins, and then this week was $100 risk free bet. The mystery prize is revealed at the beginning of the week (Monday). Prior to Monday, I tore it up and won and decided to do a payout on Sunday.
The next day, the mystery prize is revealed to be the $100 risk free bet. Of course, after I did the payout I lost the remaining balance, so I made a $100 deposit and made a bet which lost. Now it's two days past and I still didn't receive the risk free bet so went online chat for the status of it. CS is telling me that because of the payout, there's the 8 day hold. I knew about the 8 days hold for reload deposit bonus, but on any prizes, even if it's not related to the deposit? That's ridiculous. And then I asked CS, so after 4 weeks and I do a payout, then I won't get the $250 at the end, in which she replied in the affirmative. Wow, simply wow. This is what it means to be VIP... lol
