Tanko was wondering about my score not that it will matter as high as it is . I was 580 after race 12 and 580 after highest dropped off, I dont think I picked race 12 so that should be my highest score and drop off, I would think.

I've probably over looked something but was curious, about if I understood correctlly.

Sorry RRsliver. Le indicated we would only drop the highest total if you posted for all 13 races. It was being treated like a bonus for participating. She had the statement (see below) in the top of the posts and I've just carried it forward. Her intent was to reward people for participating.

Added Note: 13 races are listed in case a week is missed. Only 12 races will count. If you choose all 13 races, as a bonus at the end, I will drop the highest and count the 12 lowest scores.


I think you missed Race 12. Like you stated, even if we were to drop the Race 12 score from your list, you couldn't mathmatically finish in the money.

I knew I was out of the running but going forward if we have this contest again, where the rules say 'only 12 races count', if I also picked in race 13 then the race 12 score would drop? Because if it didn't I would have 13 scores instead of 12 assuming it's the highest.

You're not being difficult. I think Le was just a little unfamiliar with Nascar contests and did the best she could with the rules. As far as my contribution, I'm just trying to help finish out the contest as best as I can.

I doubt we have another NASCAR contest like this again. If we do have any contest, it will likely be LT Profits that runs it. So don't expect the same rules or methods.

That's too bad. Not because I'm doing well, but I think it's well thought out, only use 1 driver once per "period/contest", involving the Saturday (and sometimes Friday) races as well, thought you folks did a good job with this format.
