if you go to a mirror and you see your reflection, you will be just fine becoming a loan officer. get ready to work harder than you ever have before if you want to make it in that industry—just a few will make all of the money like realtors

Fawk this game tied 2-2 after 3.

I decided not to pick up michigan, didn't feel right.

I just got home from a mtg.

Looks like we're right back we're we started odds wise, maybe denver with an advantage here.

Bill I was an LO for like 15 years and I passed the test my first time.

I didn't study all that much for the test and it's probably much harder now, but when I took it I didn't do that well with all the crap about the government agencies but I aced the ethics parts.

I'm sure you'll do fine, then you'll just need rates to drop so people are refinancing.

My two cents.

Best of luck to you bro!

That hockey game was wild. I stayed off of Michigan had a feeling Denver would be competitive.

They ended up winning in the second overtime.

That Denver goalie is sick, in a good way.

I'm a union construction worker Big bill. Can't help you with
That white collar stuff...
I don’t have a pension myself because I left industry too soon, but my dad’s situation is actually a great example of how powerful those long-term union plans can be. Around $5,600/month after 30+ years in the International Brotherhood of Electrical Workers is pretty solid, those defined-benefit pensions are designed exactly for that kind of stability. How's your pension looking these days ?

Yes Bigbill let's talk loan terms.

Let's get that bankroll up high for NBA playoffs and next fall.

Rates are close to 7 Coach

Not happening

Side deals, bruh.

Bigbill needs to walk into his bosses office and start swinging his bigbill cawk around.

After that, they'll let bigbill make any deals he wants.

Probably.
