Actually I think Ace pretty much nailed it with the above.

You have a large percentage of customers who took the big bonus and are locked in or who busted out already.

It’s too risky to try and scalp a balance for fear or not being paid and losing more and no way in hell is the book going to be”release” you from your RO and let you cash out early.

So unfortunately those with funds there are caught in a unenviable limbo.

Could be worse though - could have $$ in Oddsmaker I guess.

seems like they are paying out for some and not others, I am not sure if they are trying to retain their profitable customer base and make some happy to keep their biz going or there is a true DOS attack issue.
