Been with probably 10 sportsbooks, they deserve credit for the worst award. Joined them in Feb, have made about 5-6 deposits between 1000-2000. Had one payout for less than 2k, down over $5k overall.
Was looking to deposit $1k this week. Had not played there in over a month, I go to chat to see what they can offer with my personal account manager Terry. She offered me another great deal of 85% free play, which is around what I've always got. It was the best bonus of all the places I checked with.
Sent the $1000 with bitcoin like usual, 30 minutes later I get the deposit but only $350 free play. She said she made a mistake and couldn't give me the 85%, i spew a bunch of stuff about hearing stuff like this happening and would not have deposited for 35%. She checks and says she can only change it to 20% cash, so I do that. She said she was checking with someone when she came back with 85%, so no idea how many people actually mislead me. To make matters worse I actually had an e-mail from May 27th which was for 100% but expired May 31st and I couldn't deposit by then.
