Anyone else having issues with Bettors Den payouts? My payout has been pending for 2 weeks. Support has been responsive but has provided 0 useful information. They are citing issues with their payment processor and refuse to provide a timeline.

I made an account at Bettor’s Den last Saturday. I made a $1,000 deposit and took the 75% freeplay bonus. I quickly realized my mistake when after I won my freeplay wager my rollover was $26,000. I guess here it’s deposit + bonus + winnings instead of the normal deposit + bonus or deposit + winnings. I managed to finish my rollover on July 2nd. I did $14,000 in sports wagering action and $12,000 in casino. My current balance is $9,089. I submitted my payout on July 2nd for my balanced and had to pay a $90 fee. I was told payouts take 48 hours. My KYC was completed the same day I...

A couple of years ago Bettorsden and Betwws were all the rage here. Joined both, lost at WWS and withdrew 5 times or more at Bettorsden with quick payouts.
Now both sportsbook's have multiple no or slow payout reports.
Seems like the key if your'e going to take a shot with these new big bonus sportsbooks is to get in and out quickly, and never return.

No. Their "processor issues" must be very difficult to figure out

Nope still waiting for the payment. 15k and almost 7 weeks now.
Hopefully i get paid once the football money comes in.
Processor issue is bullshit , they just don't have the funds to pay everybody right now.
In deep shit hole , gonna run away once I get paid hopefully.

I even asked for a payment plan or any other form of payment that was not part of the slow-pay "processor" issues they claim and was basically told that was not an option. I have been paid 3x since the slow down over the summer began with times ranging from 13-23 days.
