Just wanted to give everyone a heads-up about BettorsDen sport book. I’ve been waiting 3 days for a payout that still hasn’t been processed. Initially, they told me to "be patient," but since then, they’ve cut off all communication – no responses via email, no live chat access, and no customer service replies.


I used this sport book based on recommendations from others, but my experience has been nothing short of frustrating. It honestly feels like an exit scam – delay tactics, ignored messages, and absolutely no transparency.


If anyone has dealt with this before or has any advice on how to recover funds, please let me know. I’m sharing this to warn others before they deposit more money into what appears to be a sport book that actively avoids paying out and doubles down on terrible customer service when you try to withdraw.


Be careful out there and don’t fall into the same trap I did.

They wont let me get on live chat. I have been asking for updates once every 4 hours. When I signed up the sales rep said we average payouts within 2 hours, dont worry about getting paid quickly.

I am not asking to be insulted. I just want my money.

Got to be more to this story.

Ive used them continuously and recently had a 5 figure payout (same day).

Did you try CALLING them ? Did you complete KYC requirements first ?

FWIW - just jumped on the chat and was answered within 10 seconds.

They blocked my chat access. It is for $10,000. Was requested on Friday morning. That is why I am reaching out asking for help. I have been paid $1,700 once before in about 12 hours. Just wondering what is going on.

And you don’t feel this is excessive ?

So you sent a request 5/23 and the book has not paid you mid-day on 5/25 and the only appropriate reaction you can think of is calling up the book every 4 hours and when they put an end to that foolishness - you create a thread telling everyone to beware.

Some people just shouldn’t play un-regulated - pay the 30 cent vig and stick to DraftKings my friend - they pay super fast - I’ll give them that. Granted when your screwing bettors over continuously zits easier to pay the few winners.

Sometimes you have to allow a little patience with some shops.

Also - as an FYI - just actually read BD gives free payout up to 3k monthly via crypto - just add a note to request - apparently they credit back the associated fee for the first 3k.

I would try to remain patient since it’s a holiday weekend and try asking them again on Tuesday. I was paid out 8k by them same day on a weekday. I know some sites do not pay out on weekends, I’m guessing this may be the reason?

i agree. sometimes they take 2 days , plus the holiday. It is probably the large amount also. It may take higher level approval and they might be gone for the weekend. Remain patient. I haven't heard of anyone getting stiffed by them.

Talked to them earlier - sounds as if there is an additional level of verification they are applying to any positive accounts now before processing a payout.

Not really anything new - just another layer of risk management on their part - deciding if they wish to retain the risk of players who routinely win.

I don’t expect any issues with them - just passing along what I was told today - as it may apply to the OP situation as well.

Anyone who remembers cashing out with the original 5D will remember this I’m sure - especially towards the end. They would always hold off processing payouts hoping players would put it back in action and lose - and if you doubled down and won it was certainly possible you would be tagged and limited/shut down for a while. I actually just reached a point where I was back to 0 and changed bonuses - so explains why I’m being reviewed again.

Pretty standard KYC things described.

In general - they don’t ask anything else of a player - but will either ask for those things again after 6 or so months - or just require the supervisor to approve your payout vs auto approving.

Just another layer of review to make sure winners aren’t going unchecked and to allow them to keep player funds available for action a day or so in case you get frustrated - play and lose (remember 5D was infamous for this not removing pending withdrawals from playable balances).

Yes - the good old days of a coked out boss telling players he is god and threatening anyone who he views as an adversary.

Those were the days.

For the record - I never had any issues and was always treated fairly. But I also did not play games with them and found them tough to beat long term - so learned to follow their leans and use them to my advantage.

They dealt the sharpest line in the game for a long time. But sometimes you can get too big and draw too much unwanted attention. Sometimes staying low and quiet is the best business strategy.

Yah, I gotta echo what others are saying. They have paid me twice within a few hours despite me being a winner on a limited account. I think the OP maybe pissed them off. Its not a huge corporation with hundreds of employees. If you irritate somebody, pretty easy for everybody to find out. Incessantly checking on a payout every four hours will do the trick.

As mentioned - OP seems to be gone here.

I will mention some tips in receiving payouts from this shop though - from personal experience.

- They list a few options for payouts - but BTC is by far the best - especially for larger payouts. Just got me the other day - requested with something other than BTC and they canceled and said no availability. So re-request and back to bottom of the queue and another days wait.
- They do not process weekends/holidays
- they require a “fresh” address each time - no re use of same address for payouts. So you need a dynamic address (or multiple static addresses) and more importantly BE PREPARED TO VERIFY THE ADDRESS !! This is part of their verification process - again nothing more frustrating than using a dynamic address to be paid - being asked to confirm it immediately prior to payout and not having the address saved to confirm. This is for both book and recipient protection.

Really wish they allowed higher amounts - sucks having a larger (for me) balance in a book and knowing it will take multiple payouts to clear most of the balance and get back to where I feel comfortable.
