Not sure, the one day delay might not be noticeable. Small delay could be just to review the software and the action the player had, the same way they would review poker hands.

I play with one book who will never pay out casino winnings for that day

They will pay out, but not any included profits made until the following day

I suppose because the casino is a 3rd party and they have to do finances & separate first??

Yes that's what I figured too but I do have a small balance there now. Im not always funded there as I spread my action at many books. I'll have to see if it appears when I have a large balance again.
