Can @Diggers77 and others with experience playing here share a review?

I joined Betcoin when they accepted US customers years ago but I’ve only recently started playing there more. I’m still figuring things out with the Sportsbook interface.

Deposit options A+ (more crypto than most)
Deposit Speed A (1 confirmation for BTC, XMR is quick too)
Withdrawal Speed A+ (last few less than 30 minutes, the first wd I’d had in 3-4 years took a little longer)
Sportsbook C (Their interface isn’t like anything I’ve ever used, it’s confusing and something as simple as looking at your bet history or pending bets is not clear. Verifying your bets is not clear.)
Casino B (Huge selection of software providers but you’re restricted from playing some and they are super slow to load and play)
Support A+ (They have always been super quick plus there’s a site chat with other players they answer questions in as well)
Site Speed/Latency D (The site is just slow , it’s always been my biggest complaint)
Bonuses/Promotions C (I barely remember the initial deposit bonus but I remember they were confusing. Aside from the welcome bonus I’ve only found bet back and loss back on casino and sportsbook action which can add up depending on your VIP level. They also run leaderboard contests for the casino and sportsbook but I haven’t placed in any of those.)
Overall grade, solid B+ I trust Betcoin with a large balance and know I can withdraw it within minutes.
One of the best upgrades Betcoin did was allowing your to play in the equivalent of USD no matter which crypto you deposit with. Before you were betting in BTC, mbtc and so on. Now, your USD balance does fluctuate with the price of the crypto as you are playing but you never have to worry about being shorted on a deposit or withdrawal.

Thank you! A few questions:

• How are their limits on game day compared to BOL, BM?
• Do they have a specific source for their fiat/crypto exchange rates?
• Any stories about KYC BS or other harassing of players?

Good questions, like I said I’ve struggled mightily with the sportsbook. I was doing something wrong and some smaller bets ($50) werent going through but it was user error. Since switching back to the legacy sportsbook I haven’t had any issues but I haven’t placed any wagers over $500. There were multiple users complaining about being limited across the street that I recall. I think they are quick to limit sharps.
Don’t know their source for exchange rates but I don’t know how much it matters because your balance always remains in the crypto you deposited in. Your bets are actually placed with the equivalent crypto not usd. Does that make sense?
Ive never once been asked for KYC, in fact I’ve never been contacted by betcoin about anything unless I initiated the contact, However, from what I hear they are one of the best at catching multiaccounters, fraudsters and scammers. They probably will scrutinize your first withdrawal and it will take longer than normal.
