Update, general manager called me and told me I wouldn't be paid and my account is suspended. Reason being I'm not Jackie. They said Jackie doesn't look like he knows how to place wagers. She said if I tell her I'm not Jackie they'll pay me which I'm Jackie so why would I say I'm not. That's their only evidence given. They have stolen $8,770 from me

Yeah account zeroed out then now I can't log in. After everything they tell me I'm getting paid, then tell me I'm not. Won't be gambling for a long time because of this. Heartbreaking shit

Definitely sounds like they are panicking about this thread. When will books learn that stiffing someone is not worth the bad press. If they had just paid and kicked Jackie out they would have been much better off.

Last thing,
Asking for a selfie of a player holding their ID is a reasonable amount of KYC to prove that they are a real person. Anything beyond that is harassment and should not be tolerated. Zoom calls and pictures in front of homes is an invasion of privacy.
