Avoid JAZZ Sports at all costs - [CASE CLOSED]

A security representative told me they confiscated my payout of $250 as I had an account at their sister company which I never had. I’ve filed complaints with the major sites and AGO but they are thief’s BEWARE

I just filed a complaint. I specifically asked the guy Vincent before signing up do I have any accounts there etc. seems sketchy and was happy to even get half my payout now. Still messed up. The way they did things too, like waiting until a payout was made and see if I’d lose funds prior to a payout. Seems like this guy Phil does what he wants the way he speaks to people

These books aren't straightforward with their customers about which books are related to which.

They can't expect all customers to know if they're unwilling to divulge the information.

Confiscating a payout because of this is absurd.

Hopefully this gets fixed.

I hope so, but I doubt it. Honestly, they reference a credit card ending in 7700 or something. Thing is I have used credit cards online in 4+ years. It’s wild. Out $125. Moral of the story you’ve got to be real careful about any offshore sports-book that you’re not 100% confident in. These guys are rude, pushy, terrible CS but they know they have you. What can you do go to Costa Rica? Haha

I actually have had accounts at ABCislands,Jazz,and Looselines long time ago. All related or same ownership. Never played much at any of them though.

No worries was just checking in. Doubt with Phil we’ll have luck on the other $125. They did end up paying out half of my money I won betting at this book then said they were putting the other half towards an account I didn’t even know I had not played at EVER
