Their security is very bad. Their staff asks you for your password, and that's the only thing you need to get a withdrawal if you've already done their KYC. So staff could easily steal, or anyone who is able to guess or find your password. I assume you can reset your password via email so if you had access to someone's email thats another easy way to drain their account.

Security doesn't get any lower than that.
They also send you an SMS or email code that you have to enter when you withdraw. So the thief would either need access to your email account or your phone. 2FA is pretty good security in my opinion.

did you contact the regulators where they are based? if you are to be believed, and I am not the one to decide that, it sounds like an employee stole your $. based on my experience with their support people, that isn't too far fetched. if you want movement, post everything again and lets see whats what.

This is EXACTLY what happened to me. For $14,800.
It's a pattern they have with many people.

Yes, it was one of the employees, no doubt. I got off to an amazing start there an they limited me to ONE DOLLAR per play. Then zeroed my account and locked me out. they refuse to talk to me and I cnnot access anything in my account, such as wagering history, etc. There is nothing FOR me to post if my account is closed and they won't communicate with me.
They don't like winners who ask for big withdrawals.
Regulators in THEIR country? They would do nothing.
My joy is knowing I've cost them close to $2 million in new and returning customer deposits.
I've got a great job on Wall Street, so $14,800 isn't going to change my life. But letting everybody know how shady they are has indeed changed their fortunes.

No response from BMR. But I didn't expect one. Go read all my posts about what BetUs did. I detail everything.
My goal was to exploit them and cost them customers through my podcasts and social media and message boards, and I happily did just that.
Bottom line: their security sucked and they knew it.
What is your podcast ?
