Not a layup by any means but I bet Pittsburgh here as I think their defense and running game get the job done. I like the Under as well but didn't bet it because its so low. Prime time unders especially on Thursday nights hit at an almost 60% rate and this is another one where I think both teams try to grind out a win on a short week.
