IMO these type of plays are just not worth it..... I lay out $10k to win $100?.?.?
A 1% return on your money?

Although completely unlikely.... if I lose, it takes a big bite out of the bankroll.
If I win, I only win $100 which doesn't do a whole lot for me.

It sounds stupid - but if you got the $$ and can tolerate the minimal risk it’s worthwhile. Worst case - I lose $20k and don’t get killed on capital gains again this year.

These early round games give an opportunity for some free $$ - then chase the dogs using half your winnings.

Tourney doesn’t change my goals this year - worst case I want to clear $100 a day. Bonus offers have dried up - but seeing a few today so probably use those and play a few dogs for a couple of bucks.

Agree on the over here - HP plays a very quick game.

Just shows why you should be line shopping. Nebraska was -910 at BetJack and -1000 at DK with many books offering -1050 to -1200. Even BOL was -1050 I believe.
