It isn't being scared as much as it is learning your lesson the hard way and not wanting to ever deal with the headache again. This goes back to Betonsports late 1990s /early 2000s than ESB/telebet, many of us can go on and on. If you like that headache or have never been stiffed than call yourself fortunate. It shouldn't be "that is just part or the business."

I never made this about me. He was looking for recent info on this book and I provided my recent experience. Do you know of any recent complaints from this book? Do you have any relevant info?

There are no recent complaints. The industry is 100x more stable now than it was 20 years ago. Books would vanish after the super bowl because it would be a few slow months of baseball. Then imagine what a hit they took with covid and no one went down. Is Pinnacle safer than Sportsbook.com? Yes. But it’s 99.99% vs 99.95%. What a book did 20 years ago has no bearing on the present. Only the last few years matters. I would pay $10k for your sportsbook account without blinking.

I’m gonna go ahead & just take this guys word through his personal experience. I personally would never play there because sadly they have part of my net worth through not paying out my deserved winnings. That’s sad to say on multiple aspects of my life.
