Shit is wild.

Supposedly the guy lost 30M gambling and he's only 30.

The chick got duped for sure, thought she was marrying a multi-millionaire ended up with a bankrupt dud.

The guy is like 28M in debt so I'm sure all of us will always have more than him regardless of what he posts on Instagram.

He filed ch 7 I think, most of those debts are wiped out, and no alimony would follow if the divorce took place prior to or during the ch 7.

If he has custody of the kid, he's got limited child support obligations as well.

He played this beautifully, speaking of both timing & Covid situation, to bounce back.

People look at bankruptcy as a stigma, it's not- it is, in fact, a VERY profitable tool if you're in business and a very effective way to quickly restart your life if you have ability to earn beyond a conventional 9 to 5.

If you're just trading water at the warehouse or factory, a ch 7 is death to your financial future. But if you've got a plan or assets that are shielded or a ton of future earnings, it's a wonderful ACE up the sleeve.

She makes it seem like she just wants her kid back, but I think under the surface she's really mad that she got played out of the best years of her life and now is left with nothing not even the kid, and on top of all that he is humping a hotter chick now with way more followers and more money

I can stuff a different dime, any time or day I want, and it costs a few bucks, but it's tens if not hundreds of thousands less than a divorce w a couple kids.

When I marry, it will be a foreign lady. She'll be classy, and witty in her own right, but there'll be a maze of trusts & companies that no 3rd world lawyer is going to ever solve. The only one who gets the cheese in my maze will be the Olympic baby I sire with her...
