Anyone else experience this with Betnow?

I could not get through to anyone on live chat so I called them to inquire about a bonus , MLB 100 100% Cash bonus $1,000 max , 10x rollover. I was told by the customer service I am eligible for this bonus and if I wanted it he can apply. I was told about this bonus from a friend, it is not in my promotions, as a matter of fact when I go to promotions in my account, I immediately get logged out so I have no clue what is in my promotions. I wanted to deposit $1,000 right now for the bonus, I called them because live chat did not respond again. I spoke to the customer service to confirm it before I sent the BTC, they told me they can only give me 50% now. I am a loser at this book but not a big player there. I explained that nobody answers the live chat, or else I would have screen shot the conversation prior with the other CS agent. I explained I was clearly told that the agent said he was going to give me the MLB bonus, now they won't, beyond frustrating.

This is one of the few negatives with betnow. They will bait and switch with bonuses from time to time. It's another one of those situations where the front line CS thinks you're eligible, but when the time comes for the back end supervisor to apply it, they say no.
It can be very frustrating.

I was ready to send the deposit , couldn't believe they said no after they said yes. and I am a loser there. Two guys I know got the deposit today with no issues. I explained this as well , they put me on hold again, came back and said 50% is the best they can do. Frustrated to say the least.

I have to admit sometimes I have gotten the great bonuses at BN and other times they only offer me the 25% while others are getting 100% offers. Same withe Heritage usually I'm eligible but sometimes not for certain promotions. I still haven't figured out what their criteria is.

I am not sure either, if I was a winner that would be one thing, two guys I know literally got the bonus today and each of them are up on the book.

I just called and they told me the MLB100 bonus is expired. Who knows

I was told I have until April 21st if I wanted it. I am not going to use this book anymore. Too many others out there.

I used that too. Nice bonus. 100% cash is easy money.
