Also, some additional info that might help someone. I ran my betnow account up to 11k. I withdrew using bitcoin, litecoin, usdt and all withdrawals were smooth. After one week I was able to withdraw using those methods again. I didn't have to wait a month. Balance now under 2k. All good

For the first time ever with BO/SB I received a targeted offer in an email, made the deposit and then was told I don't qualify for bonuses. Even if you ask, they will tell you yes and then deny you after you deposit. It's a shady move by an otherwise top notch book.

I think it was this past Summer, they must have done a full scale audit of limiting on the fly. They sent out emails to a lot of us saying we had been discontinued from the bonus program, even taking away the PROMO field. I was already limited on bet size on one account and safe on the other (BO vs. SB, etc) but the one that was safe with bet sizes they took away the deposit bonuses from my account. They then came out with the VIP Program not long after that and seems like things were going good again but the past few months of the football season have been pretty bad.

People got used to them spamming out offers left and right and now some of these guys don't get the emails and they are aware of who gets the codes or not, so the glory days have ended for them.
