I can't find any news outlets confirming this.

It seems fishy. When a prosecutor goes to a grand jury, the defense is not there so how is someone representing the 3 policemen at the grand jury? Its all onesided and the DA has to want to press charges. You would think the news would come out of the DAs office first.

If it is true though, thats some BS.

So this Austin DA made it mandatory to to Grand Jury for any Police shooting after Floyd. That's some messed up stuff.

This will take about 3 seconds to get a "no bill" and 2 of those seconds will be the DA clearing his throat to speak.

These cops should offered counseling and support, not taken to court.

Although I don't like police shooting people in general, this situation was 100% warranted. The DA should never have made the stupid policy of having to to to a Grand Jury. Especially with cases as obvious as this one.

Next time more people will be dead as a result.
