They close my account , they dont pay me , deny to return even my deposits and they deny to sent me an email with all these that told me through the phone! My crime is that before a few days a friend logged in to his account from my mobile phone! I told them that if there was a problem why they didnt inform me all these days?? They dont answer and only said that they will close my account! All these days i deposit again again , thats why there wasnt any problem! When i ask for a withdrawal they found the problem! I asked an email (to have a proof because i think to visit a lawyer)for all these that said and they totally ignored me and dont sent anything! Anyone stay away from these scammers!

johnybet is my username and im still wondering why there is problem only when i ask for a withdrawal , why you deny to return me any of my deposits and why you dont sent me email to inform me in writing and have the proofs i need?There is more than a month you close my account with more than one thousand euros within.Shame on you!

Dear Customer,

We made a phone verification with you and you accepted that, this account was used from your friend "geohellas" that is already a member of 2winbet and we have closed his account.
Based on our terms and conditions, no one can have a double account ( same ip or address ).
From that day forward on the phone you told us we were right and your account was used from this person.
And after several days you post in a lot of betting forum the same comments for 2winbet.gr
The rules and regulations are the same for all players, so correctly from our part your account was closed due to fraud activities.

Haha!Really now , you believe this that you wrote?? I was totally sincere when you called me! I told you that my friend used my phone to joined into his account before a few days! I never said that there is double account and NEVER told you that my account used by anyone else. Im not impressed by your attitude , scammers are very poor compared with you!

One little detail i forgot to refer , my account has aready closed before call me for verification! I continue to inform people about your tactics! I havent breach any term and condition and you havent any proof about it except that my mobile phone used from an other user a few days before i start betting on you! You are liars , scammers and dangerous for common players! So many years is the first time i see betting company close account and not return player's deposits! I dont stop to write about you (the truth and nothing more beyond it) on any betting forum i find!

I found this thread when 2winbet.gr wanted to become affilitepartners with our website Bookmakers 2U. I am extremely surprised regarding 2winbet actions against griofagos. Even if they believe they have evidence of two accounts, is the common practice to always pay back the deposit to the customer. Anything else I believe is unacceptable behavior.

I do agree. Allowing a friend to access their account from your device on one occasion, alone, is not grounds for accusations of fraud or confiscation of the balance.

There would need to be evidence of collusion between these accounts to claim multiple bonuses or circumvent limit restrictions in order to go that far.

Of course the book may enforce it's terms and close both accounts if they wish but if the breach really is just one device share match, a reasonable explanation is provided and there is no evidence of account collusion then the book should pay out the entire balance imho. Or refund the last deposits as the very bare minimum if there remains some suspicion of bona fides.
