I can't say I'm surprised.

I played poker at Harrah's Las Vegas 6 days a week from '07 to '09 and every time it rained the least amount they had buckets all over the casino floor to catch the drips. It was common chatter among the poker regs. that if they didn't fix things the roof would cave in. I guess the real surprise is that it took so long for it to happen.

I've been keeping an eye on this. I will be down in the Gulf of Mexico on a cruise The first week in September. Hoping the seas are not rough
I hope you got a deal for going during hurricane season. I went to New Orleans on the anniversary of Hurrican Katrina and the hotels and flights were all cheap.

Have fun on the cruise. GL with the weather.

Wow. Sept cruises..... Probably not best to schedule them during peak Gulf hurricane season.
Hope it works out for you and Mrs. Bobby.

Post pics.
It was a really good offer. Way too good for me to pass up honestly. Two people in a balcony cabin for a 7-day cruise on Allure Of The Seas. Normally it would cost around $3,700 give or take and we got it for $268. All thanks to a casino offer.

As far as booking cruises in September goes I'm the only thing I worry about is a little bit of rough water. As far as hurricanes the ship always will go around them or divert to different ports to avoid the hurricane as much as possible
