Hello! Post it to avoid other players and to find any help. I've registered in 1bet.com 30 June, deposited, placed bets on WC won and requested withdrawal. They asked documents, I've sent it imidiately. Than they asked foto my ID witt my face - no problem, imidiately done. Than I've recieved message that my account verified and recieved my money to my Skrill account. After they offered promotion for CL matches. I've claimed it and deposited 1000 eur. Got 300 eur bonus. Than I've completed rollover requriement. They have two balances: bonus and real money. Bonus was about 92 eur and real money about 2000eur. After all money was transfered to real balance I continued to play and my balance was about 3500 eur. I've requested 2000 eur withdrawal and recieved e-mail from them that I must send them A notarized identity verification. I've answered, that it is not free, and that my account already verified. But they told that I must send them. The same day I made notarized copy of my passport (paid money for it) and sent them. Then they asked foto of me, holding my ID document (it has been already done 2 month ago) I imidiately sent them new foto. Than they locked my account and told that is is under revision. Today I've recieved only 920 eur withdrawal and this e-mail:

We are reaching you to inform you that our Anti-Fraud Department detected that your IP address is already in use by another account.

Are they serious? 3 month gone and they said that I have the same IP. First withdrawal was processed and everything was ok. Why they asked notarized documents? I paid money for nothing? And I have dynamical IP, every time IP adress different. May be they provide evidence to you.. Please help me and stay away from 1bet.com!

Thanks! I have already submited complaint. As said in my complaint, everything was ok with them, they paid 4 figure amount to me and account fully verified, before I won more.
