Not necessarily. Bears could get a big pile of draft picks thrown their way from another team that wants their pick of QBs if Chicago ends up with top pick.

This is crazy. The tie-breaker for draft order is whomever had the weaker strength of schedule gets 1st pick. I would have expected it to be H2H results. Bears bean Texans. Is that not the true measure of which team is worse?

Bears record would be 3-14 and Texans 3-13-1 in this scenario Tank. (If Texans beat Indy and Bears lose Sunday). Texans would have better record by a half game and Bears would have top pick
